Detangling
I’ve always loved how nature mirrors our inner world. The patterns we see outside—emotional, energetic, psychological, biological—are fractals of what’s happening within. If we needed proof that everything is connected...here it is.
Recently in my garden, I noticed vines wrapping themselves around a flowering plant. Their tendrils clung tightly, blocking the sun from reaching the plant’s leaves. When I tried to pull them away, I realized how intensely intertwined they’d become. It took patience and care to free the plant without damaging it.
And of course, this felt familiar. It is exactly what transformation looks like. We carry beliefs and patterns that aren’t ours, and over time they wind around us so tightly that we forget what it feels like to thrive in our own light.
The process is the same: first, recognition. Then, gentle but intentional untangling. And finally, patience with our withered hearts as we regain our strength.
We can feel stuck in the places we’ve grown, bound by old stories. But those vines aren’t who we are. Beyond them, there’s sunlight, nutrients, and space to expand.
So as you reflect on what you’d like to focus on, picture the untangling. Every outdated belief released creates more room for you to thrive—stronger, lighter, and finally free.
